Section 7. If co-partners are summoned as trustees and the partnership is properly described in the trustee summons, service of the trustee summons upon one partner shall be sufficient.

  • Partnership: A voluntary contract between two or more persons to pool some or all of their assets into a business, with the agreement that there will be a proportional sharing of profits and losses.
  • Summons: Another word for subpoena used by the criminal justice system.
