  • Mobile home: means a structure that is transportable in 1 or more sections, built on a chassis, and designed to be used as a dwelling, with or without a permanent foundation, when connected to the required utilities, and includes the plumbing, heating, air-conditioning, and electrical systems contained in the structure.    Mobile homes located in a seasonal mobile home park may be occupied on a full-time basis from April 1 to October 31, but shall not be occupied for more than 15 consecutive days in any 30-day period from November 1 to March 31.
