Terms Used In Michigan Laws 125.2342
- Code: means all or a part of the mobile home code promulgated under section 5. See Michigan Laws 125.2302
- Person: means an individual, partnership, association, trust, or corporation, or any other legal entity or combination of legal entities. See Michigan Laws 125.2302
A person who violates this act or the code promulgated under this act is guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not more than $500.00 per day for each separate violation or imprisonment for not more than 1 year, or both.
