As used in this act:
(1) “Commission” means the state transportation commission.

- Commission: means the state transportation commission. See Michigan Laws 247.801
- Department: means the department of transportation. See Michigan Laws 247.801
- Director: means the director of transportation. See Michigan Laws 247.801
- state: when applied to the different parts of the United States, shall be construed to extend to and include the District of Columbia and the several territories belonging to the United States; and the words "United States" shall be construed to include the district and territories. See Michigan Laws 8.3o
(2) “Director” means the director of transportation.
(3) “Department” means the department of transportation.
