Terms Used In Michigan Laws 32.1021

  • Confinement: means the physical restraint of a person. See Michigan Laws 32.1002
  • person: may extend and be applied to bodies politic and corporate, as well as to individuals. See Michigan Laws 8.3l
   A court-martial, instead of imposing fine, may sentence a person to confinement for not more than 1 day for each dollar of the authorized fine.
