Terms Used In Michigan Laws 32.529

  • Military: means a reference to all components of the state military establishment. See Michigan Laws 32.505
  • state: when applied to the different parts of the United States, shall be construed to extend to and include the District of Columbia and the several territories belonging to the United States; and the words "United States" shall be construed to include the district and territories. See Michigan Laws 8.3o
   Officers and enlisted personnel in the state military establishment when this act takes effect shall continue in office and remain in the service until the expiration of their terms of office or enlistment, unless otherwise provided by this act.
