Terms Used In Michigan Laws 32.732

  • Military: means a reference to all components of the state military establishment. See Michigan Laws 32.505
  • state: when applied to the different parts of the United States, shall be construed to extend to and include the District of Columbia and the several territories belonging to the United States; and the words "United States" shall be construed to include the district and territories. See Michigan Laws 8.3o
   The adjutant general shall be responsible for the processing of reports of survey, for lost, damaged or destroyed federal property loaned to this state for the use of the military establishment.
