Terms Used In Michigan Laws 32.756
- Military: means a reference to all components of the state military establishment. See Michigan Laws 32.505
- state: when applied to the different parts of the United States, shall be construed to extend to and include the District of Columbia and the several territories belonging to the United States; and the words "United States" shall be construed to include the district and territories. See Michigan Laws 8.3o
State-owned or leased armories and other military buildings and appurtenances are subject to state laws and regulations with respect to sanitation, health, fire protection and prevention and such special regulations as the legislature or the governor may enact or adopt.
