Terms Used In Michigan Laws 324.61720
- Unit production: means all indigenous oil and gas produced and saved from a unit area after the effective date of the order of the supervisor creating the unit, regardless of the well or tract within the unit area from which that oil and gas is produced. See Michigan Laws 324.61701
The portion of the unit production allocated to any tract and the proceeds from the sale of that unit production are the property and income of the several persons to whom or to whose credit the same are allocated or payable under the order for unit operations.
