  • Contract: A legal written agreement that becomes binding when signed.
  • Oil and gas: means oil and gas as such in combination one with the other and also means oil, gas, casinghead gas, casinghead gasoline, gas distillate, or other hydrocarbons, or any combination or combinations of these substances, which may be found in or produced from a common source of supply of oil, gas, oil and gas, or gas distillate.    A division order or other contract relating to the sale or purchase of production from a separately owned tract shall not be terminated by the order for unit operations, but shall remain in force and apply to oil and gas allocated to the tract until terminated pursuant to the provisions of the division order or contract.
