Terms Used In Michigan Laws 338.2202
- Department: means the department of licensing and regulatory affairs. See Michigan Laws 338.2202
As used in this act:
(a) “Department” means the department of licensing and regulatory affairs.
(b) “Occupational code” means 1980 PA 299, MCL 339.101 to 339.2919.
