  • state: when applied to the different parts of the United States, shall be construed to extend to and include the District of Columbia and the several territories belonging to the United States; and the words "United States" shall be construed to include the district and territories.    That the state board of agriculture be and they are hereby authorized to provide from time to time, in bulletin form, for the dissemination among the people of this state, and through the medium of the public press the results of experiments made in any of the different departments of the agricultural college, and such other information that they may deem of sufficient importance to require it to come to the immediate knowledge of the farmers and horticulturists of the state.
