  • Quorum: The number of legislators that must be present to do business.
   A quorum for the transaction of business shall consist of a majority of the members of the authority, and a quorum may bind the authority. The authority shall promulgate rules to implement this act pursuant to Act No. 306 of the Public Acts of 1969, as amended, being section 24.201 to 24.315 of the Michigan Compiled Laws.
