Terms Used In Michigan Laws 418.941
- Carrier: means a self-insurer or an insurer. See Michigan Laws 418.601
- Fund: means the second injury fund created in chapter 5. See Michigan Laws 418.901
A copy of all reports required by the bureau of the carrier under the bureau’s rules shall be sent to the fund. The fund may conduct an investigation of the personal injury.
