Terms Used In Michigan Laws 49.109
- Council: means the prosecuting attorneys coordinating council. See Michigan Laws 49.102
- Office: means the office of prosecuting attorneys coordination as created in section 3. See Michigan Laws 49.102
- state: when applied to the different parts of the United States, shall be construed to extend to and include the District of Columbia and the several territories belonging to the United States; and the words "United States" shall be construed to include the district and territories. See Michigan Laws 8.3o
The council shall keep the prosecuting attorneys and assistant prosecuting attorneys of the state informed of all changes in legislation, law and matters pertaining to their office, to the end that a uniform system of conduct, duty and procedure is established in each county of the state.
