  • Conviction: A judgement of guilt against a criminal defendant.
  • Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
  • person: may extend and be applied to bodies politic and corporate, as well as to individuals. See Michigan Laws 8.3l
   Accessories—Any corporation, association or copartnership, person or persons or his agent or agents who shall communicate, receive, exhibit or display in any manner, any statements of quotations of the prices of any property mentioned in the second section of the chapter with a view to any transaction or transactions in this chapter prohibited, shall be deemed an accessory, and upon conviction thereof, shall be fined and punished the same as the principal, as provided in the next preceding section of this chapter.
