Terms Used In Michigan Laws 91.4
- city: whenever used in this act , shall be construed to mean a city incorporated under this act, or made subject to its provisions. See Michigan Laws 113.10
All sums received for licenses granted for any purpose by the city or under its authority, shall be paid into the city treasury to the credit of the contingent fund.
