Missouri Laws 100.445 – Allowable rates of interest

If the interest rates allowed under the provisions of this act^* are greater than the interest rates allowed under the provisions of senate bill no. 554^** of the second regular session of the eightieth general assembly, then the interest rates allowed under this act^* shall prevail over the interest rates set in senate bill no. 554^**.
