- State: when applied to any of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the territories, and the words "United States" includes such district and territories. See Missouri Laws 1.020
The dollar amount of the state ceiling for the state of Missouri for each calendar year commencing January 1, 1988, shall be determined by the director on or before the beginning of each such calendar year in accordance with Section 146 of the Code.
