Terms Used In Missouri Laws 115.005
- Real property: Land, and all immovable fixtures erected on, growing on, or affixed to the land.
- State: when applied to any of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the territories, and the words "United States" includes such district and territories. See Missouri Laws 1.020
Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, the provisions of this chapter shall apply to all public elections in the state, except elections for which ownership of real property is required by law for voting.
