  • Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
  • Fraud: Intentional deception resulting in injury to another.
  • person: may extend and be applied to bodies politic and corporate, and to partnerships and other unincorporated associations. See Missouri Laws 1.020
  • State: when applied to any of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the territories, and the words "United States" includes such district and territories. See Missouri Laws 1.020

It shall be unlawful to use the article known as emulsified cream in milk, or in any milk product, or any purpose whatsoever. It is hereby declared that filled milk, and emulsified cream as herein defined, are adulterated articles of food injurious to the public health and its sale constitutes a fraud upon the public. It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to manufacture or ship or deliver to any person within this state any filled milk or emulsified cream.
