  • person: may extend and be applied to bodies politic and corporate, and to partnerships and other unincorporated associations. See Missouri Laws 1.020
  • State: when applied to any of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the territories, and the words "United States" includes such district and territories. See Missouri Laws 1.020

Monthly, the family support division shall prepare a separate roll of persons entitled to receive blind pension, which roll shall be in triplicate, showing the name, post-office address, amount of pension payable, and such other information as the family support division may determine to be necessary. One copy of each roll shall be retained as a record by the family support division. The original roll and one copy properly certified by the director, or the director’s authorized agent, shall be delivered to the commissioner of administration, who shall certify the same for payment and prepare one warrant for the total amount payable to the family support division, which warrant shall be attached to the copy of the roll and delivered to the state treasurer. The commissioner of administration shall retain the original roll as a record of his or her office. The state treasurer upon receiving said roll, warrant, and checks prepared by the family support division for each person on said roll, shall sign said checks and deliver same to the family support division for delivery to the proper payees.
