- Conviction: A judgement of guilt against a criminal defendant.
- person: may extend and be applied to bodies politic and corporate, and to partnerships and other unincorporated associations. See Missouri Laws 1.020
Any person who is licensed under this chapter who violates any provision of sections 338.010 to 338.190 shall, upon conviction, be adjudged guilty of a class A misdemeanor.
