Terms Used In Missouri Laws 356.011

  • Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.

Sections 356.011 to 356.261 may be cited as “The Professional Corporation Law of Missouri”.
