Missouri Laws 394.250 – Fees to be collected by director of revenue
1. There shall be charged and collected for:
(1) Filing articles of incorporation, ten dollars;

- Amendment: A proposal to alter the text of a pending bill or other measure by striking out some of it, by inserting new language, or both. Before an amendment becomes part of the measure, thelegislature must agree to it.
- articles of incorporation: as used in this chapter shall be deemed to include the articles of conversion of a converted corporation. See Missouri Laws 394.070
- Member: means each incorporator of a cooperative and each person admitted to and retaining membership therein, and shall include a husband and wife admitted to joint membership. See Missouri Laws 394.020
- State: when applied to any of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the territories, and the words "United States" includes such district and territories. See Missouri Laws 1.020
(2) Filing articles of amendment, one dollar;
(3) Filing articles of consolidation or merger, ten dollars;
(4) Filing articles of conversion, ten dollars;
(5) Filing certificate of election to dissolve, one dollar;
(6) Filing articles of dissolution, two dollars; and
(7) Filing certificate of change of principal office, two dollars.
2. All fees shall be made payable to and collected by the state director of revenue.
3. Fees mandated in subdivision (1) of subsection 1 of this section shall be waived if an initial member of the cooperative is a member of the Missouri National Guard or any other active duty military, resides in the state of Missouri, and provides proof of such service to the secretary of state.
