Terms Used In Missouri Laws 472.400
- Assets: (1) The property comprising the estate of a deceased person, or (2) the property in a trust account.
- Fiduciary: A trustee, executor, or administrator.
Sections 472.400 to 472.490 shall be known and may be cited as the “Missouri Fiduciary Access to Digital Assets Act”.
