Terms Used In Missouri Laws 506.170
- State: when applied to any of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the territories, and the words "United States" includes such district and territories. See Missouri Laws 1.020
All process may be served anywhere within the territorial limits of the state and may be forwarded to the sheriff of any county for the purpose of service.
