Terms Used In Missouri Laws 511.420
- State: when applied to any of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the territories, and the words "United States" includes such district and territories. See Missouri Laws 1.020
The order shall be published in some newspaper printed in this state for three weeks, the last insertion to be two weeks before the commencement of the term at which the parties are required to appear.
