- State: when applied to any of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the territories, and the words "United States" includes such district and territories. See Missouri Laws 1.020
There is established a publication to be known as the “Missouri Register”, which shall be published in a format and medium as prescribed by the secretary of state no less frequently than monthly by the secretary of state.
