20-25-427. Allocation of indirect cost reimbursements. Any reimbursement for indirect costs associated with a grant to or contract with the Montana university system or any of its units is allocated to the designated subfund of the current fund, as provided in 17-2-102, for distribution to the unit receiving the grant or under the contract.
Terms Used In Montana Code 20-25-427
- Contract: A legal written agreement that becomes binding when signed.
- fund: means a separate detailed account of receipts and expenditures for a specific purpose as authorized by law or by the superintendent of public instruction under the provisions of subsection (2). See Montana Code 20-9-201
- System: means the Montana university system. See Montana Code 20-1-101
- University: means the university of Montana-Missoula. See Montana Code 20-1-101
