39-71-1031. Exchange of information. The insurer, the rehabilitation provider, and the department shall provide to one another case information as necessary to carry out the purposes of this part.

- Rehabilitation provider: means a rehabilitation counselor certified by the commission on rehabilitation counselor certification and designated by the insurer. See Montana Code 39-71-1011
