75-10-725. Immunity of fire agency and employees for hazardous or deleterious substance cleanup. A governmental fire agency organized under Title 7, chapter 33, and the employees of the agency are not liable for civil damages, except damages for gross negligence or willful or wanton misconduct, for their acts or omissions that are directly related to the hazardous material incident.
