Every conveyance, or other instrument, conveying or affecting real property, which shall be acknowledged, or proved and certified, as prescribed in this chapter, may, together with the certificate of acknowledgment, or proof, be read in evidence without further proof.
Terms Used In Nevada Revised Statutes 111.155
- Conveyance: shall be construed to embrace every instrument in writing, except a last will and testament, whatever may be its form, and by whatever name it may be known in law, by which any estate or interest in lands is created, aliened, assigned or surrendered. See Nevada Revised Statutes 111.010
- Evidence: Information presented in testimony or in documents that is used to persuade the fact finder (judge or jury) to decide the case for one side or the other.
- Real property: Land, and all immovable fixtures erected on, growing on, or affixed to the land.
