‘Devisee’ means a person designated in a will to receive a devise. For the purposes of chapters 133, 134, 135 and 148 of NRS, in the case of a devise to an existing trust or trustee, or to a trustee of a trust described by will, the term means the trust or trustee, and not a beneficiary of the trust.
