‘Business entity’ means a corporation, whether or not for profit, nonprofit organization, association, partnership, limited-liability company, limited-liability partnership or other entity formed pursuant to NRS 315.983.

- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
