1. It is unlawful for a person to make, store, possess or transport liquor with the intent to defraud the State.

Terms Used In Nevada Revised Statutes 369.495
- liquor: means beer, wine, gin, whiskey, cordials, ethyl alcohol or rum, and every liquid containing one-half of 1 percent or more of alcohol by volume and which is used for beverage purposes. See Nevada Revised Statutes 369.040
- person: means a natural person, any form of business or social organization and any other nongovernmental legal entity including, but not limited to, a corporation, partnership, association, trust or unincorporated organization. See Nevada Revised Statutes 0.039
2. A person who violates the provisions of this section is guilty of a category D felony and shall be punished as provided in NRS 193.130.
