An armory may be used by a member or unit of the Nevada National Guard, veterans’ organization, any federal, state or local governmental entity or any other person, if the use:

- person: means a natural person, any form of business or social organization and any other nongovernmental legal entity including, but not limited to, a corporation, partnership, association, trust or unincorporated organization. See Nevada Revised Statutes 0.039
1. Does not interfere with the use of the facility by the Nevada National Guard;
2. Does not result in the risk of:
(a) A breach of the peace;
(b) Harm to persons; or
(c) Harm to state or federal property; and
3. Is in accordance with Office regulations issued pursuant to this chapter.
