Any person subject to this Code who:
Terms Used In Nevada Revised Statutes 412.454
- person: means a natural person, any form of business or social organization and any other nongovernmental legal entity including, but not limited to, a corporation, partnership, association, trust or unincorporated organization. See Nevada Revised Statutes 0.039
1. Commits an offense punishable by this Code, or aids, abets, counsels, commands or procures its commission; or
2. Causes an act to be done which if directly performed by him or her would be punishable by this Code, is a principal.
