Any person subject to this Code who, without authority:
Terms Used In Nevada Revised Statutes 412.476
- person: means a natural person, any form of business or social organization and any other nongovernmental legal entity including, but not limited to, a corporation, partnership, association, trust or unincorporated organization. See Nevada Revised Statutes 0.039
1. Fails to go to his or her appointed place of duty at the time prescribed;
2. Goes from that place; or
3. Absents himself or herself or remains absent from his or her unit, organization or place of duty at which the person is required to be at the time prescribed, shall be punished as a court-martial may direct.
