Any person subject to this Code who:
Terms Used In Nevada Revised Statutes 412.492
- person: means a natural person, any form of business or social organization and any other nongovernmental legal entity including, but not limited to, a corporation, partnership, association, trust or unincorporated organization. See Nevada Revised Statutes 0.039
1. Violates or fails to obey any lawful general order or regulation;
2. Having knowledge of any other lawful order issued by a member of the Nevada National Guard, which it is his or her duty to obey, fails to obey the order; or
3. Is derelict in the performance of his or her duties, shall be punished as a court-martial may direct.
