Any person subject to this Code who for the purpose of avoiding work duty or service in the Nevada National Guard:
Terms Used In Nevada Revised Statutes 412.544
- person: means a natural person, any form of business or social organization and any other nongovernmental legal entity including, but not limited to, a corporation, partnership, association, trust or unincorporated organization. See Nevada Revised Statutes 0.039
1. Feigns illness, physical disablement, mental lapse or derangement; or
2. Intentionally inflicts self-injury, shall be punished as a court-martial may direct.
