Nevada Revised Statutes 693B.070 – Commissioner required to be notified of meetings of emergency board of directors

As soon as practicable after each meeting of an emergency board of directors, the person who presided thereat shall notify the Commissioner in writing of the time and place of such meeting, of the manner in which notice thereof was given, of the persons present, and of all actions taken at such meeting.
Terms Used In Nevada Revised Statutes 693B.070
- Board: means the board of directors, board of trustees, committee or similar body having control of the affairs of an organization. See Nevada Revised Statutes 693B.010
- Commissioner: means the Commissioner of Insurance or other person designated to exercise the powers of that office during an acute emergency. See Nevada Revised Statutes 693B.010
- person: means a natural person, any form of business or social organization and any other nongovernmental legal entity including, but not limited to, a corporation, partnership, association, trust or unincorporated organization. See Nevada Revised Statutes 0.039
