Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 110-B:42
- national guard: shall mean and refer to the army national guard and the air national guard unless otherwise indicated. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 110-B:1-a
- person: may extend and be applied to bodies corporate and politic as well as to individuals. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 21:9
Any member of the national guard may prefer charges against any other person subject to the provisions of this chapter.
