Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 110-B:69
- national guard: shall mean and refer to the army national guard and the air national guard unless otherwise indicated. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 110-B:1-a
- state: when applied to different parts of the United States, may extend to and include the District of Columbia and the several territories, so called; and the words "United States" shall include said district and territories. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 21:4
The governor shall have authority to prescribe by regulation state decorations, medals, ribbons, badges or other awards for honorable service in the national guard or for meritorious support of the national guard.
