Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 111:4
- state: when applied to different parts of the United States, may extend to and include the District of Columbia and the several territories, so called; and the words "United States" shall include said district and territories. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 21:4
The uniforms, the insignia of rank and grade, the devices, buttons, emblems, and decorations of the state guard shall be distinctive, specifications as to design and manner of wearing the same to be as prescribed in regulations to be issued by the adjutant general.
