Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 204-C:76
- Authority: shall mean the New Hampshire housing finance authority. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 204-C:1
- Evidence: Information presented in testimony or in documents that is used to persuade the fact finder (judge or jury) to decide the case for one side or the other.
- Fraud: Intentional deception resulting in injury to another.
The certificate of guarantee issued by the authority, in the hands of the original lender to whom the certificate was issued, shall be conclusive evidence of its validity for the purposes of this subdivision, except for fraud.
