Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 205:3-a

  • Real property: Land, and all immovable fixtures erected on, growing on, or affixed to the land.
In undertaking redevelopment projects pursuant to this chapter, a housing authority shall have the power to take real property by eminent domain. The power of eminent domain shall be used only for the purpose of acquiring real property that will be put to public use, as defined in N.H. Rev. Stat. § 205:3-b.
