  • person: may extend and be applied to bodies corporate and politic as well as to individuals. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 21:9
  • Trial: A hearing that takes place when the defendant pleads "not guilty" and witnesses are required to come to court to give evidence.
The provisions of N.H. Rev. Stat. § 265-A:12, relative to notice to the court and the admissibility of the official report of tests, shall govern admissibility of the official records related to the tests taken pursuant to this N.H. Rev. Stat. § 214:20-d as well as the notice required to compel the attendance of any person who conducted such tests at trial.
