Every employer subject to the provisions of N.H. Rev. Stat. Chapter 277 shall immediately send to the commissioner a statement setting forth his name, address, business and approximate number of employees. Any employer wilfully neglecting to comply with the provisions of this section shall be guilty of a violation.
