Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 281-A:4-b
- Commissioner: means the labor commissioner appointed as provided in RSA 273. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 281-A:2
The commissioner of labor shall provide a work certificate form to meet the requirements of the departments of transportation and administrative services, in accordance with N.H. Rev. Stat. § 228:4-b or N.H. Rev. Stat. § 21-I:80, VI, for contractors, subcontractors, and independent contractors to certify their compliance with RSA 281-A.
